Q. Is this course valid?
A. Our Electrical Safety Training System (ESTS) was developed with content consistent with industry adopted electrical safety Standards, CSA Z462 and NFPA 70E and provides due-dilligence for OH&S Regulation in Canada (CSA Z462) and OSHA in the United States (NFPA 70E).
Q. When can I access my course?
A. Students may access their courses at any time after purchase. Training is available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
Q. What Happens if I get stuck?
A. Tech support is available 7 days/week, 365 days/year. Simply visit the support section of your account to contact a firendly support representative.
Q. Do you send me any materials?
A. No. All required course materials can be found within your training account. This includes all applicable forms and resources required to complete your training course.
Q. How do I register my CEU credits with EIC?
A. Upon completion of your training program, your completion results will automatically be passed to the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC). They retain this information on a Confidential basis. No further action is required on your part.
Q. How do I get my certificate?
A. Upon completion of your training program, a temporary certificate of completion will be issued to your account immediately. Visit the "Print my Certificates" section of your account to view or print copies of any certificates earned. A plastic certificate will be mailed to the address used during sign up 3-6 weeks after your course is completed.
Q. What happens if I need to provide an employer or safety authority with my training history?
A. All of your training history is stored within your training account. This includes time spent, course progress, exam scores and questions answered. This data is available for export at any time and is never deleted.
